TRANSPORT AND SHIPMENT

 

All our shipments are free and sent via transport agencies with recognized prestige and The State Post Office (with an insurance of the 100% order value). The customer will select the delivery option in the purchase process (Point 4 of the process).

Formalized orders (orders realized and paid) will be sent on the next business day, and customers will receive the orders within 48hours.

J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. will not be responsible for the costs which could incur the customer for customs duty and for tax payments.

In any way, the distribution conditions are subject to the transport agency timetable and to holidays. J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. will not be the responsible of the imputable delays of the transport agency and those of the customer.

Products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the customer at the moment of placing the order and can be different to the customer’s billing address.

With the aim of optimising the delivery process, the address indicated by the client must be an address where the delivery could be done within the usual working hours.

If the customer is absent at the moment of the product’s delivery at the indicated address, the carrier will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new intent of delivery.

It is recommended to check if the shipping address is correct (door number, postal code, etc.) because J. G. Professional Tools, S.L. will not be responsible for the damages caused in the delivery when the address introduced by the customer does not coincide with the delivery place demanded by the customer.

Each delivery is considered to have been effected from the moment the transport agency places the product at the disposal of the customer, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.

It is up to the addressee to check the order upon arrival, to express the observations and to present all claims he considers justified, he may even reject the package if the latter shours signs of having been opened or if it shows clear signs of damage.

If the products delivered do not coincide in nature or quantity with those indicated in the e-mail “Confirmation of the Order”, the customer may exercise the right of desisting at the products’ delivery time. The return costs in case of mistake in the order will be in charge of J. G. Professional Tools, S.L.

In case of delay, breakage or receipt of an incomplete order, the customer may contact J. G. Professional Tools, S.L.

Returns, Cancellations and order’s incidents:

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from that day on wich you or a third party authorised by you other than the carrier acquired the material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, via email). You may use the withdrawal form attached below, although its use is not mandatory.

In case of your withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs which may result from choosing a less expensive delivery mode from those we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to do a refund using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction made by the customer, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur in any expenses as a result of the refund. We may retain the refund until you have received the goods, or until we have submitted proof of the return of the goods, depending on which condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to J.G. Professional Tools, without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. It will be considered that the deadline has expired if you return the goods after the expiration of the period. You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods.

You will only be responsible for a decrease in the goods’ value which might come from a manipulation different than the necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is enough to send us a written notification before the corresponding term expires.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that relate to:

  1. The supply of goods made according to the customer and user specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. The goods’ supply that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
  3. The sealed goods’ supply that are not fit to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.
  4. The sealed sound or video recordings’ or computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
